EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Please carefully read the details of each product/service before making a purchase, as all relevant terms are clearly mentioned in the respective product description.



PRODUCT EXCHANGE WINDOW

  • Products or sizes can only be exchanged for an item of equal or higher value within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • After 24 hours, each product enters a customization/lightcoding process, making it uniquely attuned and therefore ineligible for exchange. This process is irreversible, and no exceptions will be made beyond this time frame.

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be entertained for breakages or damages reported after delivery.

  • A clear, continuous end-to-end unboxing video is mandatory while opening your package to raise any claim for damage or missing items. Claims without proper unboxing video will not be accepted.



ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT

We will process a replacement request only under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is different from the product ordered.

  • The product was damaged or lost during shipping.

  • The customer provides a valid proof of purchase or receipt.

Apart from the above-mentioned conditions, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be entertained.



DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for digital products including but not limited to:

  • Mobile wallpapers

  • Digital sheets

  • E-books

  • E-Studio content



REFUND PROCESS

In cases where a refund is applicable as per policy:

  • The refund will be processed within 7 working days after quality inspection of the returned item.

  • Once processed, the amount will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

OFFER VALIDITY

All promotional offers, gifts, or discounts are valid only during the active offer period. Orders placed before the offer goes live are not eligible for benefits under any circumstances.

Please note:

  • Orders placed before the offer start date will not qualify, even if canceled and re-placed later.

  • Cancellations and re-orders made solely to avail an offer will not be honored.

  • This policy ensures fairness for all customers and prevents operational delays, errors, and misuse of the system.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that offers cannot be applied retrospectively or manipulated through order cancellations or re-orders.
