1. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Complimentary Shipping

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Please note: We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

Dispatch Timeline

All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.

During peak festive periods, public holidays, or unforeseen regulatory restrictions, dispatch timelines may be extended slightly.

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, delivery generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination city and courier service.

Package Acceptance Guidelines

• Do not accept any parcel that appears tampered, damaged, or opened.

• A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, incorrect, or missing item.
  Claims without proper video evidence will not be entertained.

2. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

Dispatch Timeline

International orders are dispatched within 21 working days from the date of purchase.

Minimum Order Value (MOV)

• India: INR 1,919/-

• International Orders: INR 10,000/- (excluding shipping)

Shipping Charges

• Standard international shipping charge: INR 7,000/- (up to 1 KG volumetric weight).

• Orders exceeding 1 KG volumetric weight will attract additional charges. Our team will share a revised quote before dispatch.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All international shipments may attract:

• Customs duties

• VAT

• Import taxes

These charges are determined by the destination country and must be borne by the buyer. They are separate from shipping fees.

3. Shipment Classification (As Per International Carrier Guidelines)

International shipments are categorized as follows:

A. Precious Shipments

Includes:

• Gold jewellery

• Silver jewellery

• Diamond jewellery

• Precious & semi-precious crystals and gemstones

B. Regular Cargo

Includes:

• Feng Shui products

• Fabric items

• Ceramic products

• Metal articles

• Books

Shipping Structure

• Precious Shipment: INR 7,000/- (or actuals, if higher)

• Regular Cargo: INR 7,000/- (or actuals, if higher)

If your order includes items from both categories:

• Shipments will be sent separately.

• Separate shipping charges and customs duties will apply.

Our team will contact you prior to dispatch if additional charges are applicable.
